The PVD Restaurant That's Totally Going To Be Your New Go-To

I have news, and it's about this fantabulous under-the-radar-ish restaurant in PVD that's poised to skyrocket to the top of your list of go-to's for lunch or dinner.

The other day, I was on Ives Street, doing some blog research, when it occurred to me that I hadn't eaten a damn thing all day. (When I don't eat, I am le miz-erable.) And there on the next block was Bee's Thai. It was past peak lunch time, so it wasn't terribly busy, but that's a-ok with me. (Crowds make me a little...cafe nervosa sometimes.) I walked in to their super cheery (and clean) interior and some wonderful service.

Now, let's chat about the food. At first skim, the menu can be overwhelming (page after page), but don't let this deter you. As a matter of fact, it's the perfect excuse to stash your phone and focus on all the delicious options. I started with a hot and spicy soup with veggies (You can order yours with either chicken or shrimp if that's more your jam. Or, if you are leaning toward plant based eating, you can do that sooo easily there too.), the Tom-Yum. Tasty and within a few minutes, it also managed to cleared my sinuses/allergies better than any of those over the counter, boxed meds. (Ok, that might be TMI, but admit it, you've probably struggled with allergies at some point this summer. So many ppl have complained to me about this.)

Next, the mango/avocado spring rolls. So fresh, light, and refreshing they deserve a special shoutout! (Avo fans I know you're out there. Winky face.) In fact, I could eat those every single day for the rest of the summer, and be completely and utterly HAPPY about it. (If you're not a fan of avo or mango, not sure we can be friends.)

So, to wrap up this little spring roll (and soup) love fest, highly recommending that you try Bee's for yourself. You'll be beyond jazzed you did.
