Foodlove Market Provisions in Middletown has totally revamped their offerings, and they invited me to give it a whirl recently. I mean, way too many items to pick from and my head is spinning, so I was curious to see what exactly the story there is.

Turns out, they have indeed streamlined their menu: We’re talking a curated selection of the best casual bites and sips for breakfast, lunch or din din. (Also, psssst, the folks at Newport Restaurant Group are behind it, so you just know everything’s top notch!)

Whether you pop in for a mid-week or weekend morning meal (egg sandwiches, veggie burritos, or pastries), an afternoon feast (substantial salads, warm bowls, sandwiches, and pizza you can buy by the slice — very NYC) or takeout for a nighttime repast, they’ve got you covered.

Of course you can order online — either from your phone or the kiosk that situated near the entrance — and carry out, but tbh my husband and I really like sitting out on their sunny side patio with our food and drinks. (In case you’re wondering, he had their Caesar and I had the Odyssey Salad, see our photos below.)

Like the interior of the market, it’s soooo pleasant. There’s a stylish yet comfy and family friendly energy that lends itself to lingering over coffee and sweets or larger meals with all your favorite people. A marvelous spot for meeting your friend group for a little catchup meet-up, too.

And the team is so nice. (I just wanna surrounded myself with nice-ness this season and beyond, ya know?)
