The Sensational New Lounge In Warwick For Sips And Small Plates
We finally motored over to the snazzy NEW lounge on Post Road in Warwick (it’s near Warwick Center for the Arts, City Hall, etc.) that so many people in my feed are checking in from this summer.
For starters, let me just say that the interior of Social House is absolutely SUPERB.
Helloooo, stunning bar, cozy seating, mood lighting, neon wall sign, a pretty mural, and even more details to swoon over.
Our server was also very attentive, which made us feel comfortable and welcome right away.
This chic and comfy lounge is perfect for date night or an evening out with friends. Listen, no matter who you take, they’re gonna be impressed.
The team has pulled out all of the stops when it comes to the drink menu, with creative sips as well as beer and wine.
In addition, the other nite, they even made a special mocktail for Tom (my husband) because he’s forever “in training” for some road race or another.
I got the one of their mules which was tasty — but truth be told really want to go back with my friends and order one of the Big Mules from the Sharable Drinks (great idea) part of the list. (I mean, can you imagine the photo and video potential?)
If you’re looking for a nosh or two, they have a terrif selection of finger foods, picky bits, and small plates. (Me? I’m always hungry.)
We ended up going with the edamame. I could see going back for their flatbreads, a charcuterie board, the fries (three different versions including a truffled one), and perhaps a dessert (the board with mini cookies and pastries sounds amazing).
We had a truly wonderful experience, from the moment we walked in the main entrance to when it was time for us to exit stage right.
Get yourself over there very soon; you’ll be so glad you did.
