Beauty Week At Whole Foods RI Is On & It's Everything You Want For Spring
75. I'm not talking street addresses. Part of an Apple ID. Or even numerology.
75 is a magic number of sorts though because it has to do with ingredients that Whole Foods Market - and more specifically, their Whole Body department - doesn't allow in their beauty, skin or body care products. Like microbeads, phthalates, triclosan, BHT, BHA, and aluminum chlorohydrate. And other chemicals you probably don't want to be incorporating into your am (or pm) routine any longer.
So, whether you're already a clean beauty fan or you're curious and want to Spring Clean and update your medicine cabinet or makeup drawer this month with green, cruelty free (Happy also to report that nothing's tested on animals.) options, now's a terrif time because there's a special #BeautyWeek Sale going on at WFM's in their Whole Body department, March 21st thru the 27th: Get 25% off all skin and hair care, and cosmetics.
Including lines and labels that have gained cult followings among beauty insiders (Yes, makeup artists, aestheticians, other people in the know) such as Dr Hauschka (celebs like Zoe Saldana and Kate Hudson and O Magazine have all sung the Dr's praises), Evan Healy (Their Blue Cactus Elixir is a must try for anyone with combination or dry skin. I'm a fan. They had me at Blue Tansy.), Weleda (Their Skin Food, part of this year's much anticipated Beauty Bag, has been called the La Mer of eco beauty.), and Thayers (Adore their cucumber and witch hazel Face Mist, and highly encourage you to try asap.).
Now, let's talk the limited edition Beauty Bag. It's overflowing with deluxe samples and full sizes from Weleda (Skin Food!), Burt's Bees (lipstick in a pink berry shade that flatters almost everyone), Dr Hauschka, Mineral Fusion, Pacifica, Alba (Their face masks are not-so-hidden-gems in the WB aisles.), Trilogy, and the list goes on. It's $20 for $90 worth of superlative skincare and makeup, and available this Friday, March 23rd. The pouch will also become your new go-to makeup bag. But quantities are limited (I hear it's one per customer.), so get to your local neighborhhood WFM Whole Body early.
Thanks to my friends at Whole Foods Market for giving me the chance to try so many eco luxe beauty and skincare items included in their Beauty Week event and sale. #IWorkWithWFM
