The Place All Your Friends Are Suddenly Checking In From & Why You'll Want To Too

And it happens to be right across the road from Wicked Tulips Farm in Johnston. Truthfully, WT was MAJOR this Spring, but we found the next big thing for the summer season and it's SUNFLOWERS!

Yuppers. There's an abundance of them at Dame Farm And Orchard, which dates all the way back to 1840, and is postcard perfect in person, with lots of parking. Great for gazing and equally as important, it also lends itself to all kinds of social media based scenarios. Who needs designer bags, cute puppies or lattes on rustic table tops when you can pose in a ginormous field of SUNFLOWERS? Suddenly your selfies just got way more likes too - because you're standing in the midst of a massive amount of SUNFLOWERS !!!

So, maybe your friends, and a few frenemies, got to Wicked Tulips before you, and uploaded a bunch of cool pics? If that's the case (or even if it's not), now's the time to get back in the (Insta) game and motor over to this family-run farm to check out the majesty of these flowers and perhaps pick a few peaches or blueberries too. If you don't want to get your hands dirty (We just got manis and pedis.), you can buy some at the farm stand/red cottage on the premises. They're just as sweet and juicy as the ones people pick themselves and you won't ruin your nails. 

*Dame Farm is open Monday thru Saturday during July and August, so def make Sunday a beach day.

*Apparently, Instagram Superstars KJP and Sarah "Classy Girls Wear Pearls" Vickers have checked in from Dame too, so...Lifestyle #Goals!
