The Delightful French Bakery In Middletown That The Locals Are Loving

Today’s guest blog is courtesy of one of my favorite Rhode Island-based artists…

We in Rhode Island are lucky to have lots of access to incredible bakeries on a daily basis, whether it be for doughnuts, cakes, or even vegan breakfast goodies.

But Le Bec Sucré, located on Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown, takes the art of baking to a new level.

Specializing in organic breads and vienoissire (breakfast pastries), Le Bec Sucré is a French artisanal baker’s dream shop.

Offering delights like charcoal baguettes with poppy seeds, chausson aux pomme (apple filled pasty), and apricot tarts, I can honestly say everything I’ve tried at Le Bec Sucré has been amazingly delicious.

And it must also be noted that they happen to sell the best market tote (photo above) I’ve ever used!

But don’t sleep in too long if you are hoping to grab breakfast here.

This bakery has quite a following —customers line up early & inventory goes quickly!

Visit them on Instagram for current hours of operations and specials.
