The New Summer Night Spot On The Water In Warwick, Rhode Island
I hadn’t been to Harbor Lights in Warwick in a few years, butthe other night we were invited to a preview of their NEW Drift Bar (it’s gotten a glow-up from its previous incarnation which was a tiki style) overlooking the cove —and it was pretty fab!
The pre-official-opening party was swell with a steel drum band, passed clam shack types bites (wings, fries, seafood tacos), a Whaler Brewing pop-up complete with an ice sculpture that everyone wanted to take photos in front of, and a signature menu of summer-in-RI sips.
In addition to being a gorgeous wedding and event venue (and golf club), I had no idea that Harbor Lights had this enchanting outdoor space with a pool, bandstand, and bar station that is open to the public.
My husband was literally texting our couples friends (aka, some of his high school friends) about meeting up at DRIFT in the not-too-distant future for a night out.
So, if you’re looking for somewhere new to hang out with your significant other, circle of friends or both that is (and this is KEY) on the water, then definitely make a plan involving DRIFT.
Find Drift at Harbor Lights at 150 Gray Street in Warwick, Rhode Island.
